2011 Envision Client Conference

Please join us Wednesday, September 14 to Friday, September 16, 2011, for the 10th Annual Envision Client Conference. This event has proven to be a great opportunity for you to stay current with Envision and collaborate with decision makers through focused, interactive sessions and encourages you to interact with your peers from other firms.

Conference Agenda

A pre-conference workshop on the PowerAgent cost basis solution is being offered. This session will be an interactive workshop focused on the specific cost basis functionality of PowerAgent and recommendations for implementing it for your shareholders.

The official client conference will kick off with lunch on Wednesday September 14th and run through noon on Friday, September 16th. We will offer a series of guided discussions and networking events where you can interact with your peers and Envision executives. You can view the current agenda here.

Conference Location

Room availability is extremely limited, so please reserve your room as soon as possible.

This year's forum will again be held at the Shorebreak Hotel in Huntington Beach, California.

Special rates of $179 per night for a courtyard view; $209 per night for partial ocean/ waterfront view have been reserved for Envision clients. The special rate is also good for three days before and three days after the conference pending room availability. The room rates exclude taxes and fees.

You must register by Friday, August 12, 2011 to receive the special room rate.

The closest airports are John Wayne Airport (SNA) and Long Beach (LGB) and then LAX.

From John Wayne-Orange County Airport (SNA) (approximately 14 miles)

Exit Airport on JWA Roadway towards S. Airport Way
Turn Right on Campus Drive
Take 1st right onto N. Bristol Street
Slight left to merge onto CA-73 North
Take exit 17B to merge onto S/Costa Mesa Freeway
Take the CA-1 ramp to San Diego/ Long Beach
Turn right at CA-1 N/ Pacific Coast Highway and travel 6.4 miles. The resort is on the right hand side.

From Long Beach Airport (approximately 14 miles)

Head south on Donald Douglas Drive
Turn right at E. Donald Douglas Drive
Take 1st right on N. Lakewood Boulevard
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto CA-1 S/ Pacific Coast Highway
Make U-turn at Goldenwest Street on to CA-1 N/ Pacific Coast Highway

From LAX (Approximately 35 miles)

Head south on World Way toward West Way
Take the ramp onto S Sepulveda Boulevard
Slight right onto the I-105 E ramp
Keep left at the fork to continue toward I-105 E and merge onto I-105 E
Take the I-405 N/I-405 S exit toward Long Beach/ Santa Monica
Keep right at the fork to continue toward I-405 S and merge onto I-405 S
Take the I-710 S/ Long Beach exit
Merge onto I-710 S
Take the CA-1/Pacific Coast Hwy exit
Keep left at the fork to continue toward CA-1 S/W Pacific Coast Highway
Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Pacific Coast Hwy/CA-1 S and merge onto CA-1 S/W Pacific Coast Highway
At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto CA-1 S/ Pacific Coast Highway and travel 11.4 miles
Make a U-turn at Goldenwest St on to CA-1 N/ Pacific Coast Highway
