Educational Qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience: >5 years in IT Industry, >2 years as SQA
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates quality assurance activities of project/departments
- Monitors project/department processes and activities closely and suggests process improvements
- Provides support for metrics collection, analysis and defect correction and prevention activities
- Conducts training on Quality system procedures
- Participates in internal audits and reports audit results
- Organizes for piloting new processes in projects and departments
- Provides support for management review
Mandatory Skill Set:
- Knowledge in CMMI processes and Implementation of the same
- Knowledge in software development lifecycle
- Digite' Experience
Desired Skill Set:
- Communication skills, Presentation skills, Problem solving, Facilitation, Auditing skills,
- Certifications like Lead Auditor/CSQA/Other
