Senior Relationship Manager

Role: To maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction over the long term through disciplined planning and execution of all activities from daily issue management, to oversight of tactical projects and the development and implementation of long term strategies.

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Immediate Level of Subordinates: Relationship Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Represents Envision to the client companies by establishing and maintaining a collaborative, consultative relationship.
• Works with client executives on the establishment of mutual goals and objects and tracks performance.
• Communicates regularly with Envision Senior Management with updates regarding client companies.  Produces status reports highlighting client activities including issue escalation.
• Works closely with their supervisor and internal departments to ensure client priority items and projects are scheduled and staffed to meet client expectations.
• Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with Clients to present current status, address concerns, develop plans and set expectations.
• Communicates details on upcoming releases / enhancements to clients.
• Plans and organizes the tasks originated from the clients and / or internally assigned to improve and support business activities
• Upgrades technical skills to investigate and understand various functional aspects
• Understands aspects of Mutual Fund compliance/ tax regulations that  impact on business requirements and enhancements
• Assists in evaluating potential candidates for employment.
