In terms of educational qualifications, we look for basic qualifications like BE / B Tech / MCA, with relevant experience in the IT industry. Top

You may submit your application for any number of jobs if you believe that your profile meets the requirements specified for the post. Top
4. I had taken the Envision test and/or interview some time back but was unsuccessful. When can I reapply?
You can reapply to us six months from the date of your last Envision test and/or interview by sending a fresh application to us. Top
5. Can a fresher apply for positions at Envision?
At this time, we regret that we cannot offer employment to anyone with less than two years of industry experience. Top
6. What is the recruitment process at Envision?
Once your application is short listed, HR will contact you for a round of Technical and HR Interviews. Outstation candidates will be subjected to telephone evaluation, clearing which they would be invited to Bangalore for written test and face-to-face interview. Local candidates would face the written test first followed by the interview. An online psychometric test will also be administered to applicants short-listed thus far.
For senior positions, the selection process may vary on a case-to-case basis. Top
7. What do you look for in a candidate?
We look for technical skills and qualifications necessary for the job. Moreover we will be looking for skills such as analytical ability, learning ability, and team-working ability, as well as good communication skills. For more senior and managerial positions, your proven leadership ability and project management skills will be an important factor. Top
8. When can I hope to receive a response from Envision?
We aim to respond within ten business days of receiving your resume, should your profile match an open position. Top
9. Do you provide for travel and stay, if short-listed for interview?
We reimburse travel expenses and provide a day's accommodation in the Company guesthouse. Top

Envision provides the opportunity for employees and their spouses to work for us simultaneously. However, we endeavor that they be deputed to different projects/departments and are not put into a direct reporting relationship. Top
